At Jameson Lomax, we provide our clients with professional IT support which aims to work alongside them, to understand their business processes and objectives, and to provide our skills as flexibly as necessary to meet their business needs. Rather than try to be a 'one-stop shop' for all our clients IT requirements, we focus on what we do best - network/user support and system management. This enables us to work closely with our clients so that we understand their priorities and objectives, ensuring that the IT elements of important business processes are reliable, and that new, critical developments are completed on time and in most cases, on budget. Our focus on support also means that whilst we can recommend and supply IT hardware and software, we work in our client's best interests and objectively assess development proposals in the light of the IT infrastructure they already have in place. As far as our technical expertise is concerned, we specialise in supporting and implementing networks based on Microsoft Windows, particularly Windows Server 2003 and Windows Small Business Server, using Dell PCs, laptops and servers wherever possible. Geographically, we provide support in south Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.
